Awareness campaign about the cleanliness and hygiene were conducted in 25 adopted villages of Bharatpur district. These villages were adopted by ICAR-DRMR under “MeraGaonMera Gaurav” (My village, My pride) scheme during rabi 2016-17. Printed posters and pamphlets were displayed on hygiene and sanitation issues in the campus. Meanwhile, weeding out of office old records was done.Sincere efforts were made to strengthen the paperless office communications. In addition, a POS machine was installed in the office and guest house for cashless transaction.
