ICAR-Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research, Bharatpur observed "Swachhta-Hi-Sewa Pakhwada" from 15th September to 2nd October 2018 to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the Nation. At DRMR, during the Pakhwada, to make "Swachta-Hi-Seva" initiative a grand success, several activities such as Cleaning of DRMR Campus, labs, nearby places, awareness campaign by displaying of banners with the slogan for appealing for clearness, etc were undertaken. On this occasion 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. P. K. Rai, Director of the Directorate, highlighted the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi and his thoughts on human beings and he emphasized, we need to learn many lessons from Mahatma Gandhi's life and follow them in our daily life.
