The Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research Bharatpur was conferred by Mahindra Samriddhi India Agri Awards 2015 in the category Mahindra Samriddhi Krishi Sansthan Samman-2015 . Dr. Dhiraj Singh, Director DRMR received a cash prize of Rs 2.11 lakh, a shield and citation from Shri Radha Mohan Singh, Union Minister of Agriculture, Govt of India in a glittering ceremony held on the 24th February at Hotel Ashok New Delhi. The institute was recognized for development and dissemination of technologies of Rapeseed-Mustard in the county. The institute was also recognized for providing quality seed to the farmers which resulted in significant increase in rapeseed-mustard production and rural prosperity in India
