The ICAR–Indian Institute of Rapeseed-Mustard Research (ICAR-IIRMR), Bharatpur, Rajasthan, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with M/s NAROTTAM SEEDS LLP, Mohakampur, Phase 1, Meerut City, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on October 11, 2025, for the non-exclusive licensing of the Indian mustard variety DRMRIJ-31 (GIRIRAJ). DRMRIJ-31 (GIRIRAJ) is a high-yielding and high oil content mustard variety, recommended for timely sown conditions in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and has also shown excellent performance in other mustard-growing regions.
