Online Application are invited for the following posts for the project “Consulting services for technical advisory support on Augmenting Rapeseed-Mustard Production of Assam Farmers for Sustainable Livelihood Security funded by World Bank through Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) and purely temporary/ Ad-hoc & Co-terminus and the project duration is 4 years. The eligible candidates may apply for these post through email. The last date of receipt of application is 15-06-2020.

• Ph. D in Agriculture
• 10 years professional experience in research developments and technology dissemination of crop science
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in office administration data management, coordination, project management or related field
• Experience in report writing, organizing on-farm training and development of technical literature.
• Proficiency in computer and data analysis
  Role in assignment
• Management of local team
• First touch point for the client on all operational matters
• Ensure the assignment is running smoothly and targets are being achieved timely
• Identifying and resolving any operational issues in smooth conduct of assignment
• Establish and maintain good communications link with the APART project management team, state government partners and the districts team to ensure effective field implementation of the assignment.
• Coordinate the implementation of on-farm demonstration improved varieties, good agricultural practices and also post harvest management in mustard value chain in close coordination with the project team both at state and district level
• Organize and implement training programs to strengthens the capacity local partners
• Providing input on extension activities in mustard value chain
• Providing view/feedback on extension training materials

• Ph.D in Agriculture for RA or M.Sc. in Agriculture for SRF
• Experience in data collection
• Experience in conducting training, developing modules and technical literature, report writing, etc.
• Proficiency in computer and data management
  Role in assignment
• Monitor field work, data collection, analysis, coordination of the programmes
• Any other task assigned by the Resident Consultant/ Team Leader

• Ph.D in Agriculture for RA or M.Sc. in Agriculture for SRF
• Experience in data collection
• Experience in conducting training, developing modules and technical literature, report writing, etc.
• Proficiency in computer and data management
  Role in assignment
• Data analysis, report writing, coordination of the programmes
• Any other task assigned by the Resident Consultant/ Team Leader

• Graduate having good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point); have sufficient knowledge of mail vizard possess good communication and presentation skill; have good typing speed, both English and Hindi

• Graduation in commerce or related field

• At least 5 years experience in   accountancy

• Resident consultant : Approximately Rs.105000/ per month including HRA
• Research Associates (RA) : Approximately Rs.60000- per month including HRA
• Sr. Research Fellow (SRF): Approximately Rs.45000- per month including HRA
• Accountant (Finance & Account) : Approximately Rs. 60000/- per month including HRA
• Data entry operator : Approximately Rs.18000/ per month including HRA

  These Emoluments will be fixed for the tenure of the project. There shall be no increase in these emoluments irrespective of any other guidelines.

  
  NOTE: -
  1. Tenure of each post is extendable up to the project period subject to the satisfactory performance reviewed periodically.
  2. Detail terms and conditions will be indicated in the appointment letter.
  3. No TA/DA shall be given for attending the interview.
  4. The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project.
  5. The Director’s decision will be final and binding in all respects.
